The Subject Of The Order Is The Collection And Management Of Municipal Waste In The Commune For The Years 2027-2028, In A Manner Ensuring The Achievement Of Appropriate Levels Of Preparation For Reuse And Recycling, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of September 13, 1996 On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Communes (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 733), The Provisions Of The Provincial Waste Management Plan For Lublin Voivodeship And The Provisions Of The Regulations On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In The Chełm Commune, And In Particular: 1) Collection, Transport And Management Of Municipal Waste, Regardless Of The Weather Conditions, From Residential And Uninhabited Properties Located In The Chełm Commune, Including: Supplying Real Estate With Bags For Collecting Municipal Waste, Replacing Bags On Stands At Bus Stops And Parking Lots, Collecting And Managing Waste From Events Mass And Illegal Waste Dumps, 2) Collection, Transport And Management Of Textiles And Clothing As Well As Construction Waste, I.E. Polystyrene, Mineral Wool From The Stationary Selective Collection Of Municipal Waste Collection Point (Hereinafter Referred To As Pszok) In Depułtycze Królewskie-Kolonia 86 Operated By The Chełm 2 Commune. The Service Will Be Provided In The Basic Scope As Collection, Transport And Management Of Municipal Waste From Owners Real Estate And From Pszok Throughout The Entire Period Covered By The Order, In An Estimated Amount Of 6,600 Mg. 3. Pursuant To The Content Of Art. 433 Points 4 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Informs That The Minimum Value Of The Service For The Basic Scope Is 70% Of The Gross Contractual Remuneration Indicated In § 4 Section 2 Point 1) Of The Draft Contract. 4. The Scope And Method Of Implementing The Subject Of The Order Are Specified In (Appendix No. 1 To The Swz) - Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Sopz) And The Draft Contract Constituting (Appendix No. 2 To The Swz).
