The Kanta-Häme Welfare Area Is Requesting Bids For Orthodontic Dental Laboratory Work (Orthodontic Machines) In Accordance With The Tender Documents. The Service Areas At The Time Of Publication Of The Request For Tender Are The Hämeenlinna Service Area (Offices: Jukola, Ahvenisto Hospital, Turenki, Lammi And Hattula Parola), The Riihimäki Service Area (Offices: Riihimäki, Oitti, Loppi And Tervakoski) And The Forssa Service Area (Offices: Forssa, Jokioinen, Ypäjä, Humppila And Tammela). The Estimated Planned Contract Period Is 1 November 2026 - 31 October 2030. For Procurement, One (1) Contract Supplier Is Selected And In Addition One (1) Alternate Supplier Is Selected, With Whom The Contract Will Only Be Concluded If The Contract With The Primarily Selected Supplier Ends Due To Contracts Not Caused By The Procurement Unit. The Subscriber Does Not Commit To Minimum Purchase Quantities, But To Purchase The Service According To The Subscribers Needs. The Procurement Has Not Been Divided Into Parts Due To The Nature Of The Service And The Method Of Implementation. The Service Includes Transportation 5 Times A Week To At Least 3 Different Locations. A Two-Supplier Model Would Create Unnecessary Costs. In Addition, By Centralizing Procurement, Adjustments Are Sought. The Request For Tenders Was Preceded By A Market Dialogue, Which Was Announced In The Hilma Service On 11 May 2026.
