New construction and reconstruction of urban roads including Hongshan Road, Yingbin Road and Dongfeng Street, comprising auxiliary works such as road, traffic, drainage and lighting. This tender section covers three road sections: Hongshan Road, Yingbin Road and Dongfeng Street. Dongfeng Street: The design scope is from Linghe Street to Liangshi Road, with a road length of 1,307.052 meters. It is a secondary road and the construction nature is reconstruction. Hongshan Road: The design scope is from Guangyong Street (rear gate of Municipal Hospital) to North Street, with a road length of 1,255.551 meters. It is a main road and the construction nature is reconstruction. Yingbin Road: The design scope is from Hongshan Road to Donghuan Road, with a road length of 944.682 meters.
