The Subject Of The Order Is Construction Work Consisting In The Reconstruction Of A Residential, Service And Utility Building At Ul. Rynek 16 In Gostynin. The Works Will Be Carried Out On The Basis Of A Construction Design For The Development Of The Plot And An Architectural And Construction Design: Renovation, Expansion And Reconstruction Of The Residential And Service Building And Farm Building No. Intended For The Needs Of Catering Services Together With The Renovation, Reconstruction And Partial Demolition Of Farm Building No. 2 And The Construction Of Infrastructure, Developed By The Office Of Development And Implementation Of Construction Projects Hol-Bud Sp. Z O. O. Design Supervision And Construction Contracting Based In Gostynin 09-500, Ul. Płocka 44A Approved By Decision No. 41/2025 Of March 5, 2025. The Building Is Entered In The Register Of Monuments Under Number 541/1149W By Decision Of May 22, 1975 And Is Located In The Area Of The Old Town Complex Of Gostynin Entered Into The Register Of Monuments Under Number 531 By Decision Of September 8 1980.
