Expression Of Interest For Consultancy Services For Detailed Project Report (Dpr) Preparation, Institutional Strengthening & Capacity Building, Tender & Contract Documentation, Environment And Social Impact Assessment (Esia) And Resettlement Plan (Rp) Of The Proposed Siddhartha Highway (Butwal-Pokhara Section) Improvement Project The Consulting Services (The Services) Include: Part I: Preparation Of A Detailed Project Report, Which Shall Include: A. (I) The Engineering Survey And Investigation, Design, Drawing, Bill Of Quantities (Boq), Cost Estimation And Preparation Of Bidding Documents For The Improvement Option Recommended By The Implementing Agency; And (Ii) The Contract Modality Shall Be Epc/Design And Build Contracts For Tunnels And Bridge Viaduct, And Itemrate Contracts For Road Works. B. The Strategic Procurement Planning And Development Of The Project Delivery Strategy (Pds) And Procurement Plan (Pp) For The Project. Part 2: Environmental And Social Assessments, Including But Not Limited To The Preparation And Updating Of The Environmental And Social Impact Assessment/Environmental And Social Management Plan, Resettlement Plan, Stakeholder Engagement Plan, Labor Management Procedure, Gender Action Plan, And Other Environmental And Social Safeguard Instruments In Alignment With The ProjectS Environmental And Social Management Planning Framework And The BankS Environmental And Social Standards In The BankS Environmental And Social The Estimated Time Input For The Services Is 39 Person-Months For International Key Experts, 83 Person-Months For National Key Experts, And 45 Person-Months For National Non-Key Experts. The Overall Implementation Period Is 18 Months, With The Services Expected To Commence In April 2027. 3.
