Tenders are invited for Consultancy Services HLP Legal and Regulatory Framework Analysis (EXTENDED) To this end, NRC is seeking a qualified individual consultant or team of consultants with substantial legal expertise in Housing, Land and Property (HLP) rights to lead Component 2 of the Joint HLP Assessment: an analysis of Lebanons legal and institutional framework governing HLP rights in the context of conflict-induced displacement, return, recovery and reconstruction. The consultancy may be undertaken by an individual consultant or a team of consultants meeting the minimum qualifications and experience requirements set out in the Terms of Reference (see attached).
