Archaeological Services – Securing, Strengthening The Dikes And Revitalizing The Rhôny In Vergèze And Codognan (Action 7.5 Of Papi 3 Vistre) - Archaeological Excavations Prior To The Work. The Contract Includes Optional Installments Defined In The Specifications. Services Are Paid By Fixed Prices. The Object Of The Contract Consists Of Carrying Out A Preventive Archeology Excavation Prescribed By The Regional Prefect By Decree N°76-2025-1010 Of 12/11/2025, Prior To Carrying Out The Work. Carrying Out The Excavation Prescribed According To This Decree Must Be Entrusted To An Operator Holding The Authorization Or Approval Provided For In Articles R.522-14 And R.552-8 Of The Heritage Code. This Authorization Or Approval Must Cover The Following Periods: Age Of Metals And Antiquity. The Area Subject To Excavation Represents An Area Of 12,480 M². This Operation Is Carried Out Under Project Management Of The Vistre Vistrenque Basin Public Territorial Establishment And Is Financed Within The Framework Of Papi 3 Vistre Action 7.5
