Bids Are invited for Hiring Of Consultants - Milestone/Deliverable Based - Functional Consultants; Energy (Oil, Gas, Power, Renewables); Yes; Hybrid(As Specified In Scope Of Work) - Stage I And Stage Ii Forest Clearence Of 97.85 Ac Forest Land At Dhutra, Jharsuguda- The Consultant Shall Provide End-To-End Consultancy Services For Identification And Finalization Of Suitable Degraded Forest Land For Compensatory Afforestation (Ca) And Processing Of The Revised Forest Diversion Proposal For The Proposed Bpcl Pol Depot At Dhutra, Jharsuguda. The Scope Shall Include Consultation And Coordination With Pccf (Nodal), Dfo, Rccf And Other Concerned Forest Department Authorities; Inspection And Preliminary Assessment Of Previously Identified And Alternative Ca Land Parcels; Identification Of Suitable Ca Land In Sundargarh, Rayagada, Koraput Or Other Suitable Divisions, As Required; And Assessment Of Land Suitability In Accordance With Applicable Moef&Cc Guidelines.The Scope Shall Further Include Preliminary/Final Survey Of Shortlisted Ca Land Parcels, Identification Of 2–3 Suitable Patches, Preparation Of Required Maps And Dss-Based Examination, Coordination With Orsac For Survey And Authentication, Demarcation And Pillar Posting With Latitude/Longitude Coordinates, And Authentication Of The Final Ca Land Map By Orsac And Concerned Forest/Revenue Authorities. The Consultant Shall Prepare The Compensatory Afforestation Scheme And Coordinate For Its Approval By The Competent Forest Authorities.The Consultant Shall Prepare And Submit The Revised Forest Diversion Proposal, Including The Prescribed Online Form-H Application, And Coordinate With Dfo/Rccf/Pccf (Nodal), Rec And Iro, Moef&Cc For Processing And Obtaining Modification/Revision Of Stage-I Forest Clearance. The Scope Shall Include Revision Of Sswlcp(If Aplicable) And Applicable Cost Components, Reassessment Of Statutory Dues, Online Challan Generation Through Parivesh, And Assistance In Statutory Payments And Fra Clearence And Fra Compliance.The Consultant Shall Prepare And Submit Stage-I Compliance And All Required Statutory Documents, Maps And Hard Copies; Attend To Observations/Queries Raised By The Concerned Authorities; And Undertake Necessary Coordination, Liaison And Follow-Up With The Forest Department, Orsac, Revenue Authorities And Moef&Cc. The Consultant Shall Also Assist In Preparation And Submission Of Stage-Ii Compliance Documents And Pursue The Proposal Until Obtaining Stage-Ii/Final Forest Clearance, Including Submission Of The Complete Set Of Final Approved Documents And Records To Bpcl.
