Bids Are invited for Custom Bid For Services - ---- - Reparing And Overhauling Of All 11 Kv Incomming/Outgoing Vcb And General Overhauling Of Damaged 11 Kv Vcb/Ocb Installed At Different 33/11 Kv S/S Including 33 Kv Panel. The Following Work Includes Overhauling And Repairing Of Vcb With Supplying And Installation Of Various Material Required For Proper Completion Of Work :-(I) Charging Lock.(Ii) On/Off Indicator(Iii) Complete Alignment Of Three Poles.(B) Alignment Of Complete Mechanism And Also Includes The Placement Of Defective Components Which Includes Dundry Itmes Such As Charging Handle, Brass Pins, Iron Pins, Tripping Shaft, Closing Shaft, Tripping Blade, Tripping Roller, Brass/Copper Bushes, Oil Tank Rubber & Embross Rubber, Rack In, Ran Out Change) Etc. So As To Rectify The Defects For Proper Charging And Discharging For Giving Good Result At Tripping And Closing Operations.(C) Cleaning And Washing Of Three Poles With Bus Bar By Thinner.(D) Checking And Re-Alignment Of Gap Maintaining In Vacuum Interrupters.(E) Completely Washing Of Trolley With Thinner.(F) Providing Insulated Paint On Epoxy Item I.E. Spout, Vacuum Chamber, Drive Indulator Etc.(G) General Overhauling After Cleaning Oiling And Greasing. Including Replacement Of Following Spare Parts As Per Requirment.
