Impact And Influence Is A New Learning Pathway For Approximately 1,000 Band 6 Team Members Who Are Required To Lead Results By Influencing Behaviour Change, Without Formal Authority. Development At This Level Is Critical To The Annual Business Plan. This Solution Is Part Of A Refreshed Level-Based Learning Curriculum That Has Recently Been Launched At Ontario Health. Ontario Health Is Seeking A Qualified Vendor To Provide An Off-The-Shelf Learning Program That Is Focused On The Science Of Influence, With A Well Curated Train-The-Trainer Model. The Selected Vendor Will Train 2-3 Internal Facilitators To Deliver Learning Virtually And In-Person. The Train-The-Trainer Certification Will Equip Internal Facilitators To Deliver The Off-The-Shelf Training Program To Lead Behavior Change, Utilizing A Multi-Source, Evidence-Based Model Of Influence And Developing The Knowledge, Skills, And Attitudes Necessary To Successfully Influence With Impact.
