Travel Agency, Tour Operator And Tourist Assistance Services - Comprehensive Organization Of A Foreign, Four-Day Study Trip To Switzerland For A Delegation From The Małopolska Voivodeship, The Aim Of Which Is To Acquire Knowledge And Exchange Experiences In The Implementation Of Modern Solutions Regarding The Civil Protection And Civil Defense System And The Possibility Of Their Implementation In The Małopolska Voivodeship With Option Rights.. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Comprehensive Organization Of A Four-Day Foreign Study Trip To Switzerland, Departure On Monday Morning, Return On Thursday Evening For 20 People. The Duration Of The Visit Is 4 Calendar Days, 2 Days On Site In Switzerland, The First And Fourth Days Are Treated As Arrival And Departure Days, A Total Of 3 Nights On Site. 2. The Basic Visit Order Includes The Following Elements: 1) Development And Presentation Of A Detailed Visit Program To The Ordering Party; 2) Air Transport Service For Visiting Participants; 3) Transport To And From The Airport On The First And Fourth Day (Kraków - Balice); 4) Transport Service Within Switzerland For The Participants Of The Visit; 5) Full Board For The Participants Of The Visit; 6) Accommodation Of The Participants Of The Visit; 7) Translation Service; 8) Insurance Of Visit Participants; 9) Providing Coordination And Photographic Care. 3. The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Exercising The Right Of Option, Which Includes The Following Elements: 1) Providing Dinner For Invited Guests For A Maximum Of 10 Additional People (Option No. 1); 2) Participation Of Additional People In The Visit, A Maximum Of 5 People (Option No. 2); 3) Providing Admission Tickets To 3 Places Selected By The Ordering Party, Maximum 25 Tickets (Option No. 3). 4. If The Ordering Party Does Not Exercise The Option Right, The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Any Claims In This Respect. 5. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Opz) Constitutes Annex No. 1D To The Swz And Will Be Included As Annex No. 1 To The Public Procurement Contract. 6. The Terms And Conditions Of The Contract Are Included In The Draft Provisions Of The Public Procurement Contract, Which Will Be Introduced Into The Public Procurement Contract - Contract Template And Constitute Annex No. 1C To The Swz (Hereinafter Referred To As The Contract Template). 7. If The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Contains References To Standards, The Ordering Party Indicates That It Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described, And Such A Reference Is Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent. If The Description Of The Subject Matter Of The Contract Refers To Standards, The Ordering Party Will Not Reject The Contractors Offer Just Because The Offered Subject Matter Of The Contract Does Not Comply With The Standard Indicated In The Description Of The Subject Matter Of The Contract, If The Contractor Demonstrates, In The Manner Provided For In The Public Procurement Act And The Procurement Documents, That The Proposed Solution Meets The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party To An Equivalent Extent. 8. The Ordering Party Specifies That The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Transfer The Copyrights To The Performed Works To The Ordering Party, In Accordance With The Contract. 9. The Ordering Party, In Accordance With The Instructions Resulting From Art. 95 Of The Act Specifies That It Does Not Require The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ Persons Performing Activities Related To The Execution Of The Contract On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship. 10. The Value Of The Order Is: Pln 197,050.00, Including The Value Of Expected Orders Under The Option Was Determined In Accordance With
