1.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Reconstruction And Renovation Of Some Rooms On The Ground Floor Of Social Welfare Home No. 1. Marie Juchacz In Gorzów Wielkopolski. The Scope Includes The Architectural, Sanitary And Electrical Industries.1.2. The Subject Of The Order Was Specified In Detail In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz And In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Bill Of Quantities And In Stwior.1.3. The Subject Of The Order Must Be Made Only From New Materials, Approved For Trading And Use In Construction In Poland And The European Union. The Materials Must Have Technical Approvals And The Necessary Certificates, Approvals, Etc.1.4. The Ordering Party Informs That The Attached Bill Of Quantities Is Only An Informational Basis And Cannot Constitute The Sole Basis For Calculating The Offer Price. The Material Outlays Presented In The Quantities Together With The List Of Basic Materials Are Only For Informational And Auxiliary Purposes, The Contractor May Use It, But Is Under No Obligation To Do So.
