1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of: 1.1. Construction Works Including Renovation And Reconstruction Of A Multi-Family Residential Building (Tenement House) At Królikarnia 14 In Gdańsk With Land Development; 1.2. Performing The Service Of Built-In Installations And Devices1.3. Providing Greenery Care Services2. The Contractor Will Report The Completion Of The Works To The Relevant Authorities And Obtain The Necessary Consents And Decisions, 3. The Works Will Be Carried Out In Gdańsk On Plot No. 288, Precinct 100, Owned By The Ordering Party, And On Plots No. 287 And 290, Precinct 100, Owned By The Municipality Of Gdańsk. The Subject Of The Agreement Is Alternatively Referred To As The Subject Of The Order.4. The Renovated Tenement House Is A Building With Cultural Values, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Local Development Plan, The Character Of The Buildings, The Design Of The Facade Facing Public Spaces And Authentic Elements Of Interior Furnishing And Design Are Protected. The Tenement House Is Listed In The Municipal Register Of Monuments As An Object Entered In The Register Of Monuments Under Number 2597. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Implemented In The Urban Area Of The City Of Gdańsk Entered In The Register Of Monuments Under Number 8 By The Decision Of The Provincial Conservator Of Monuments In Gdańsk Of October 11, 1947, Currently Under Number 15 (New Number Of The Register Of Monuments) And At Historical Monument - Gdańsk: A City Within The 17Th Century Fortifications, Recognized By Order Of The President Of The Republic Of Poland Of September 8, 1994.
