1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of A Sanitary Sewage System, A Storm Sewage System And A Water Supply Network At Adam Mickiewicz Square In Raciąż. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Technical Documentation Constituting Annexes No. 9 (Technical Design) And No. 10 (Bills Of Quantities) To The Swz. Installations That Go Beyond The Scope Of This Order And That Are Continued In The Design Documentation Should Be Moved Outside The Area Covered By This Order And Completed In Accordance With The Principles Of Technical Knowledge, In A Way That Ensures The Safety Of Users, While Enabling The Continuation Of Construction Works In The Future.3. Note: Bills Of Quantities Are Only Auxiliary Material And Should Not Be Relied Solely On When Preparing An Offer. The Quantities Assigned To Individual Items Of The Bill Of Quantities Should Be Compared To The Design Documentation.4. The Planned Works Will Be Carried Out In An Area Covered By A Conservation Protection Zone, Under Archaeological Supervision. The Works Will Be Carried Out In Parallel With Archaeological Research. During The Calculation, It Is Necessary To Take Into Account The Possibility Of Excavating Mechanically In Layers (10 Cm Layers), And In Special Cases Manually.5. Archaeological Services Will Be Provided By The Ordering Party.6. The Planned Works Will Be Performed In Close Coordination With The General Contractor, In Stages And In The Order Indicated By Him.7. The Ordering Party Does Not Require The Replacement Of The Surface On Streets Where Works Related To The Construction Of Sanitary And Storm Sewage Systems Are Planned. In Sections Of Sewage Works, After Completion Of The Works, A Surface Should Be Made To Ensure Passability. Ensuring Passability Should Be Understood As Repairing The Surface In A Way That Does Not Cause Any Inconvenience During Use.8. The Contractor Will Make The Subject Of The Order From Its Own New Materials That Meet The Requirements Specified In The Technical Documentation. When Performing The Construction Works In Question, Only Construction Products And Materials Approved For Trading And Use In Construction, Having The Required Certificates, Technical Approvals, Attestations Or Declarations Of Compliance With The Polish Standards, Etc. And In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In The Design Documentation May Be Used. The Ordering Party Allows Materials And Devices Equivalent To Those Indicated In The Design, Meeting Polish Standards And Polish Technical Approvals. The Contractor Who Refers To Solutions Equivalent To Those Described By The Ordering Party Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Offered Materials And Devices Meet The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party.9. In All Places Of The Swz Where An Exemplary Trademark, Patent, Origin Was Used Or If The Ordering Party Described The Subject Of The Contract Using Standards, Approvals, Technical Specifications And Reference Systems Referred To In Art.
