The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: A) Complete Demolition Of All External Walls, Except For The Wall On The Eastern Side; B) Construction Of New Walls Of The Designed Building From 24 Cm Ceramic Blocks Along With Insulation And A Facade Layer; C) Reconstruction, Demolition And Replacement Of All Existing Foundations; D) Demolition Of All Internal Walls And Construction Of New Ones In Accordance With The Design Documentation; E) Dismantling And Dismantling Of All Ceilings Of The Existing Building And Construction Of Suspended Ceilings Made Of Plasterboards On An Aluminum Grid, Mounted To The Structure Of Wooden Trusses; F) Disassembly Of All Layers Of The Existing Roof, In The Newly Designed Intention, Construction Of A Roof On The Structure Of Wooden Trusses; G) Comprehensive Replacement Of Window And Door Joinery; H) Tearing And Dismantling Of All Existing Floor Layers. And Construction Of New Floors Made Of Ceramic Or Stoneware Tiles And Floor Panels; I) Construction Of Internal Installations: Heating - Gas Furnace With A Designed Liquid Gas Tank With A Capacity Of 4850L; Hot And Cold Water - Existing Water Supply Connection; - Electric 230/400 V; - Sanitary Sewage System - Existing Ks160 Connection On The Plot; Mechanical Ventilation With Heat Recovery; Telecommunications Installation;J) Construction Of Mechanical Ventilation Based On Supply And Exhaust Ventilation Units With Heat Recovery On Rotary, Counter-Current And Glycol Exchangers, And Exhaust From The Toilet Based On Duct Fans;K) Replacement Of The Fence Around The Entire Perimeter, Construction Of A Double-Leaf Entrance Gate And A Fence Gate;L) Tidying Up And Restoring The Construction Site (I.E.
