1. The Subject Of The Order Is An Investment Consisting In The Construction Of Two Emergency Deep Wells For Underground And Deep Water Intakes In Sulęcin, Together With The Replacement Of The Fence. The Task Is Divided Into Two Parts: 1) Part I - Construction Of 2 Emergency Deep Wells 2) Part Ii - Replacement Of The Fence Note - Coordination Of Works The Works Covered By Part I And Part Ii Of The Contract Will Be Carried Out In Parallel, In The Same Area Plots. The Contractors Are Obliged To Coordinate The Ongoing Works, Cooperate With Each Other And Agree On The Organization Of The Works To The Extent Necessary To Ensure Their Efficient And Safe Conduct. The Contractor Is Obliged, In Particular, To Cooperate With The Contractor Implementing The Second Part Of The Order, The Users Of The Area And The Representatives Of The Ordering Party, As Well As To Take Into Account The Schedule And Method Of Carrying Out The Works By The Remaining Contractor. The Contractors Are Obliged To Organize The Works In A Way That Ensures The Possibility Of Parallel Execution Of Both Parts Of The Order, Without Hindering Or Preventing Each Other. Carrying Out The Works In Compliance With The Applicable Occupational Health And Safety Regulations And Safety Rules On The Site Of The Works. Costs Related To The Organization And Coordination Of The Works, Including Those Resulting From The Need To Adapt The Method Of Carrying Out The Works To The Works Carried Out By The Contractor Of The Second Part Of The Order, Should Be Included In The Offer Price. Part I - Construction Of 2 Emergency Deep Wells. The Subject Of The Order Of Part I Is The Performance Of Drilling Works For Two Wells (No. 4 And 5) With A Planned Depth Of Up To Approx. 80 M Along With The Performance Of Hydrogeological And Laboratory Tests Of Water, As Well As The Preparation And Approval Of The Required Documentation. The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: • Construction Of Two Wells, • Sampling Of The Holes, • Stabilization Of The Water Table, • Performance Of Measuring Pumping, • Collection Of Water Samples For Physicochemical And Bacteriological Tests, • Performance Of Laboratory Tests Covering At Least: Turbidity, Color, Odor, Ph Reaction, General Hardness, General Alkalinity, Bicarbonates, Total Iron, Manganese, Calcium, Magnesium, Sodium, Potassium, Chlorides, Sulfates, Fluorides, Ammonia, Nitrites, Nitrates, Hydrogen Sulfide, Phosphates, Phenols, Free Carbon Dioxide, Dissolved Oxygen, Oxidability, Dry Residue, Residue On Ignition And Specific Electrolytic Conductivity, • Preparation And Obtaining Approval Of An Appendix To The Hydrogeological Documentation Determining The Resources Operational Groundwater Intakes For Boreholes No. 4 And 5, Also Containing Elements Necessary To Prepare A Water Law Report, Well Casing Design, Selection Of Submersible Pumps And Determination Of The Type Of Devices Used For Recording And Measuring Water Consumption.
