The Subject Of The Project Is The New Construction Of The Building - Connection To Markovec; Vertical Construction With A Connecting Viaduct. There Are Other Rooms Within The Building (Bar, Toilets, Service Area....). The Facility Will Be Connected To The Economic Public Infrastructure. Spatial Arrangement Or The Newly Planned Facility Consists Of The Following Components And Elements: - Viaduct For Cyclists And Pedestrians With Elevators In The Pillar And Viewing Platform And Canopy, - Overpass With Elevator And Staircase. As Part Of The Entrance, A Catering Facility With Accompanying Programs And Public Toilets Will Also Be Built, - Bicycle Shed On The Lower Level, - Bicycle Shed On The Upper Level, - Retaining Wall-Protection Of The Excavation Of The Bank, - External Arrangement On The Lower And Upper Levels With Access Routes, Paving, Renovation Of The Existing Amphitheater, Arrangement Of Infrastructure And Implementation Of Connections Along With The Necessary Relocation Of Public Lines. The Lower Entry-Exit Platform Or The Approach Is Planned At A Height That Allows Crossing The Istrian Road And Direct Access To The Vertical Communication - The Elevator. The Square Is Intended For Pedestrians And Cyclists. As Part Of Vertical Communication, There Are Two Elevators. A Roofed Area Is Provided In Front Of The Entrance To The Elevator. The Upper Entry-Exit Platform Or The Viaduct Is Planned At The Level Of The Upper Arrangement On Markovo Hrib, Slightly Below The Level Of The Circle. A Covered Bicycle Shed Is Planned As An Independent Building. A Retaining Wall Is Planned For The Purpose Of Stabilizing The Back Hill. Between The Tower And The Rear Retaining Wall, A Horizontal Ab Plate Is Planned, Which Is Clamped Into The Construction Of The Viaduct Column. The Lift To Markovec As A Whole Consists Of An Overpass And A Viaduct And An Intermediate Vertical Structure With Lifts And A Lookout Point. A Bar And Public Toilets Are Planned In The Lower Part Of The Building. The Pillar And The Viaduct Will Be Made Of Visible Concrete. The Catering Facility Will Have A Partially Glazed Facade. The Canopies In Front Of The Elevators Will Be Glass On A Steel Substructure. Vertical Communication Is Represented By Two Elevators Designed To Transport Pedestrians And Cyclists, Which Are Built Into The Viaduct Column.
