Bids Are invited for Facility Management Services - Lumpsum Based - As Per Atc; As Per Atc; Consumables To Be Provided By Service Provider (Inclusive In Contract Cost) - Cleaning Of Underground Tanks : Cleaning Of Under Ground Water Storage / High Level Ground Reservoir (Hlgr) Tanks / Elevated Surface Reservoir (Esr) Twice In A Year Or As Required With Pressure Water Jetting With Required Pressure Using Adjustable Pressure Jet Machines, Removing All Debris, Fungus Growth Inside The Tanks & Other Contamination Including Cleaning Of Walls & Floors Of Tanks Thoroughly, Application Of Bleaching Powder Or Other Chemicals Approved By The Department At The Required Dosage, Desilting & Final Cleaning With Fresh Water & Dewatering Residual & Dirty Water & Other Deposits Using Dewatering Pumps & Vacuum Pumps Including Disposing Off The Removed Waste Materials From The Tanks Within A Distance Of 50 Metres On Ground At Suitable Location Etc. Complete All As Per Terms And Conditions/ Scope Of Work Attached & As Directed By The Engineer-In-Charge , Capacity Of Tanks Up To 3 Lakhs Litres Note: At Least 2 Tanks Upto 3 Lakh Liters To Be Clean In A Day. , Capacity Of Tanks Above 3 Lakhs Litres To 5 Lakhs Litresnote: At Least 2 Tanks Above 3 Lakhs Litres To 5 Lakhs Litres To Be Clean In A Day. , Capacity Of Tanks Above 5 Lakhs Litres To 10 Lakhs Litresnote: At Least 1 Tank Above 5 Lakhs Litres To 10 Lakhs Litres To Be Clean In A Day. , Cleaning Of Overhead Tanks : Cleaning Of Overhead Water Storage Tanks Of Following Capacities Provided Over The Roof Of Buildings Tanks Twice In A Year Or As Required, Including Scrapping Of Walls & Floors Of Tanks With Coir Brushes, Removing Silt, Scaling, Dirt, Debris & Other Deleterious Materials From The Tanks & Disposing Off The Same Within A Distance Of 50 Metres On Ground, Washing With Fresh Water & Bleaching Powder (About 50 Gms Per 1000 Litres Of Water) & Finally Washing With Fresh Water As Directed Including Making Arrangements For Ladder, Buckets, Rope, Dewatering Of Tanks, Plugging The Outlets Of Tanks Before Cleaning Operation & Removal Of Plugs, Closing Of Manhole Covers, Opening Of Outlet Valves Of Tanks After Cleaning Etc.
