The Vrs Intends To Commission Consulting Services To Further Support The Design Implementation And Sampling Of The Rail Vehicles To Be Procured By The Ru. The Services Of The Advertised Consultant Include, In Particular, Supporting The Client In All Design Issues Relating To Vehicle Procurement - Both During The Entire Procurement Process For The Procurement Of Rail Transport Services For The Stuttgart S-Bahn And During The Implementation Phase. After The Vehicles Have Been Put Into Operation, The Contractor Supports The Client In All Design Matters During The Warranty Phase. The Contractor Supports The Client In Particular In Identifying And Evaluating Design Defects, Providing Technical Support For Subsequent Improvement Measures, And Checking And Evaluating The Proper Design Implementation As Part Of The Elimination Of Defects. It Is Also The Task Of The Selected Consultant To Support The Client In Involving Stakeholders As Part Of The Vehicle Design Process.
