The Mission Of This Contract Is Carried Out Within The Framework Of The Labège Gare Multimodal Exchange Project Located At The Terminus Of The Future Line C Of The Toulouse Metro. The Project Consists Of The Construction Of The Exchange Hub Composed Of A P+R Silo Building With 996 Spaces, A Carpool Drop-Off And Pick-Up Area On The Ground Floor Of The Silo Car Park, A Bus Terminal Station And Its Operating Room, Bicycle Premises With Regulated Access, Active Mode Connections To Connect These Different Infrastructures, The Landscaping Of The Site Over An Estimated Surface Area Of 2.2 Ha, As Well As An Active Mode Footbridge For Crossing The Railway Tracks To Connect This Exchange Hub At The Overhead Station Of Line C. This Consultation Concerns The External Technical Laboratory Controls Of The Work Carried Out As Part Of The Pem Labège Gare Operation.
