Refuse And Waste Related Services - Providing Services For The Collection And Management Of Municipal Waste From Residential Properties And From Properties With Summer Houses Or Other Properties Used For Recreational Purposes In The Strumień Commune. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Services In The Field Of: A) Collection And Management Of Municipal Waste From Residential Properties And Properties With Summer Houses Or Other Properties Used For Recreational Purposes In The Strumień Commune, B) Equipping And Operating A Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point In The Area Belonging To The Strumień Commune, Hereinafter Referred To As Pszok, And Management Of The Collected (Accepted) In Waste Point. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1 To This Tor. 3. The Contractors Obligation Is To Organize The Collection Of Municipal Waste In Accordance With The Waste Act, The Regulations For Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In The Strumień Commune, Adopted By Resolution No. Resolution No. Xx.179.2016 Of The City Council In Strumień Of May 25, 2016 On Specifying The Detailed Method And Scope Of Providing Services In The Field Of Collecting Municipal Waste From Owners Of Real Estate Where Residents Live And Managing This Waste In Exchange For The Municipal Waste Management Fee Paid By The Property Owner (Journal Of Laws Of The Silesian Voivodeship Of 2021, Item 6179, As Amended), Together With The Amending Resolution No. Xvi.115.2025 Of The City Council In Strumień Of August 28, 2025 (Journal Of Laws Of The Silesian Voivodeship Of 2025, Item 5208). 4. In The Strumień Commune There Is A Mixed System Of Municipal Waste Collection (Bags And Containers). Municipal Waste Will Be Collected Directly From Properties Where Residents Live And From Properties With Summer Houses Or Other Properties Used For Recreational And Leisure Purposes And Will Be Divided Into: A) Waste From Selective Waste Collection Collected As Follows: - Waste Fraction - Paper, Which Includes Paper Waste, Including Cardboard, Paper Packaging Waste And Cardboard Packaging Waste - In Blue Containers/Bags Marked Paper; - Waste Fraction - Glass, Which Includes Glass Waste, Including Glass Packaging Waste - In Green Containers/Bags Marked With The Inscription Glass; - Waste Fraction - Metals And Plastic Waste Fraction, Which Includes Metal Waste, Including Metal Packaging Waste, Plastic Waste, Including Plastic Packaging Waste, And Multi-Material Packaging Waste - In Yellow Containers/Bags Marked With The Inscription Metals And Plastics; - Bio-Waste Fraction - In Brown Containers Marked With The Word Bio; - Ash From Domestic Hearths: In Gray Containers Marked With The Inscription Ash; Classified Under Code Ex 20 01 99 Or Ex 20 03 99, B) Unsegregated (Mixed) Municipal Waste
