The City Of Brookhaven And The Brookhaven Arts And Culture Commission In Partnership With Dekalb County Are Requesting Proposals For Artists To Design And Paint A Prefabricated Sculpture. The Sculpture Is A Fiberglass Cow That Will Be Donated To The City Of Brookhaven From Dekalb County. The Cow Represents Dekalb County¿S Historical Roots As A Dairy And Agricultural Hub. The City Of Brookhaven Seeks Proposals From Artists To Paint A Fiberglass Cow That Will Be Publicly Displayed At A Location To Be Determined. The Cow Weighs Approximately 125 Pounds. The ¿Cows Are Coming¿ Project Will Serve As A Community-Building Project In Partnership With Dekalb County. The Project Will Focus On Transforming Spaces Into Bright And Inviting Hubs To Give The City And The County A Unique And Welcoming Identity.
