Environmental Monitoring Other Than For Construction – Biological Survey Of Surface Areas At The Locations Březový Potok, Hrádek, Horka And Janoch. The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Implementation Of Complex Biological Monitoring In The Locations Of Březový Potok, Hrádek, Horka And Janoch, For The Purpose Of Preparing Documents For The Future Process Of Environmental Impact Assessment (Eia). The Subject Of Performance Is Specified In More Detail In Annex No. 3 Of The Procurement Documentation. Fulfillment Includes, In Particular, The Implementation Of Field Biological Surveys And Monitoring Aimed At Detecting The Occurrence Of Plant And Animal Species, Identification And Evaluation Of Affected Habitats And Obtaining Relevant Discovery Data In The Areas Of The Assumed Location Of Surface Areas, Including Related Transport Connections And Other Potentially Affected Areas. Part Of The Scope Of The Performance Is In Particular The Execution Of The Following Professional Surveys And Monitoring: • Botanical Survey, Including Floristic And Vegetation Survey, Including Assessment Of Biotopes And The Occurrence Of Plant Species Of Conservation Importance, • Entomological Survey, • Herpetological Survey, • Ornithological Survey, • Mammal Survey Including Monitoring Of Aircraft And Selected Large Mammals In Migration Corridors, • Hydrobiological Survey Of Waterways And Stagnant Waters, Including Macrozoobenthos, • Ichthyological Survey, • Occurrence Monitoring Crayfish, • Malacological Research. Monitoring Will Include The Following 17 Monitored Groups: 1. Vascular Plants, 2. Mosses And Lichens, 3. Vegetation Survey, 4. Day Butterflies, 5. Dragonflies, 6. Wasps, 7. Saproxylic, Phytophagous And Ground Beetles, Possibly Coprophages, 8. Amphibians, 9. Reptiles, 10. Birds, 11. Small Mammals, 12. Airplanes, 13. Aquatic Macrozoobenthos, 14. Fish And Lampreys, 15. Molluscs, 16. Crayfish, 17. Large Mammals Of Migration Corridors. The Scope Of The Performance Also Includes: • Processing Of The Work Project, • Continuous Evaluation Of The Obtained Data, • Processing Of Interim Reports For The Individual Stages Of The Performance, • Processing Of The Final Summary Report Containing The Evaluation Of The Results Of Biological Monitoring, • Management And Continuous Updating Of The Shared Work Diary, • Transmission Of The Obtained Data In The Required Format, • Provision Of Cooperation To The Contracting Authority In Monitoring The Progress Of The Implementation Of The Public Contract. All Surveys And Monitoring Will Be Carried Out In Accordance With Relevant Legal Regulations, Methodological Procedures Of The Nature And Landscape Protection Agency Of The Czech Republic (Hereinafter Referred To As Aopk) And Possibly Other Methodological Procedures Corresponding To The Required Scope Of Performance. Method Of Obtaining And Transferring Data The Supplier Is Obliged To Record The Obtained Data Through The Biolog Aopk Application, Or Through The Aopk Interface For Bulk Data Export. A Complete Overview Of The Obtained Data Will Be Attached To The Final Report, The Data Will Be Simultaneously Transferred To The Súrao Database In Accordance With The Clients Requirements. Interim Report For Each Monitoring Year An Interim Report Will Be Submitted For Each Monitoring Year.
