The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of A Brand New Rib Class *Bkm Iv Patrol Boat, Hereinafter Referred To As The Boat, With Other Complete Equipment Constituting A Functional Whole For The Needs Of The Chief Inspectorate Of Sea Fisheries. The Boat Is Intended To Equip The Controller 19 Vessel In Władysławowo, To Control Water Areas, Inspect Fishing Vessels And Control Recreational Fishing Conducted In Sea Waters, Zones Up To 6 Nm From The Baseline Of The Baltic Sea And Up To 3 Nm From The Base Vessel. 2. The Subject Of The Contract Includes, Among Others: 1) Construction And Delivery Of A Complete Boat To The Port Of Władysławowo, Functionally Consistent With Its Intended Use From The Point Of View Of The Purpose Of The Subject Of The Order; 2) Delivery Of Complete Documentation Of The Boat In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order And In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract (I.E. Warranty Cards, Operating Instructions, Operating Instructions For Devices In Polish And Other Documents Required By Law, Including Those Confirming The Ce Marking (Eu/Ec Certificate Of Conformity Or Equivalent); 3) Checking The Compliance Of The Boat With The Contract And Swz, Including The Quality Of Workmanship, Functioning Of Individual Systems And Devices, Quantitative Compliance Of The Required Equipment (E.G. Rescue Equipment), In Particular Carrying Out Technical Start-Up And Swimming Control Tests Based On The Sea Trial Program Developed By The Contractor And Agreed With The Ordering Party, 4) Checking The Correctness And Consistency Of Operation Of All Devices, Instrumentation And Boat Systems Without Disruptions, 5) Conducting Crew Training In Boat Operation As In Section 13; 6) Acceptance Of The Boat By A Recognized Classification Society (Classifier).
