The Maintenance Of All Technical Installations, Both Indoors And Outdoors (Non-Exhaustive): - Responsible For The Maintenance Of The Electrical Installations; - Responsible For The Maintenance Of The Sanitary Installations; - Responsible For The Annual Maintenance Of The Gas Heaters; - Responsible For The Annual Maintenance Of Individual Gas Appliances For Central Heating And/Or Production Of Sanitary Hot Water: Central Heating Boilers, Wall-Mounted Boilers, Combined Wall-Mounted Boilers And Gas Geysers In Accordance With The Relevant Regulations In The Flemish Government Decree Of 8 December 2006 (And Later Additions And Revisions); - Responsible For The Maintenance And Cleaning Of The Flue Gas Discharges And Channels For Fresh Air Supply; - Responsible For The Annual Maintenance Of The Electric Heating Via Storage And Direct Convectors, Via Electric Underfloor Heating In Combination With Storage And/Or Direct Convectors; - Responsible For The Periodic Maintenance Of Heat Pumps (Air-Air, Air-Water, Water-Water And Geothermal Heat Pumps), Including Indoor And Outdoor Units, All Associated Installations And Controls, In Accordance With The Manufacturers Instructions And Applicable Legislation; - Responsible For The Annual Maintenance Of Wood And Coal Stoves And Fuel Oil Stoves; - Responsible For The Maintenance Of The Rainwater Pumps; - Responsible For The Maintenance Of Ventilation Systems C, C+ And D; - Responsible For Periodic Inspection And Replacement Of Smoke Detectors And Co Detectors; For Detectors Equipped With Batteries, Replacing The Detector Batteries Is Also Included. - Drawing Up An Inventory Sheet At The Start Of The Assignment And Keeping The Data Of The Technical Installations Up To Date; - Issuing The Necessary Certificates For Maintenance In Accordance With The Applicable Legislation (Including At The Request Of The Fire Insurance Company, The Bruges Fire Brigade, Etc.) - All Repairs To All Installations Mentioned Above (Non-Restrictive List), Including Any Replacements In Accordance With The Conditions Described Further In These Specifications.
