Construction Work – Electric And Road Lighting In A Public Environment. The Framework Agreement Covers Electrical And Lighting Works Of Street Lighting Within Halmstad Municipality, Including Operation, Maintenance, Fault Rectification, Inspection And Condition Assessment As Well As New, Re- And Reinvestment Works Regarding Lighting Facilities And Associated Electrical Facilities. The Assignment Also Includes Systematic Checks And Inspections Of The Facilities Function, Electrical Safety And Status As A Basis For Planned Maintenance And Reinvestment. Within The Framework Of The Framework Agreement, Work Relating To Seasonal Lighting Must Also Be Called Off. This Includes, For Example, Assembly, Disassembly, Connection, Disconnection, Operation, Supervision, Troubleshooting As Well As Simpler Adaptations Of Seasonal And Decorative Lighting In Public Environments. If Necessary (A Call-Off), The Inspection Of Rope And Wire Suspensions For Seasonal Lighting And Other Suspended Lighting Must Also Be Able To Be Called Off. The Inspection Must Include Checking The Construction Of The Suspensions, Fastenings, Load-Bearing Capacity, Mechanical Condition And Electrical Safety, Including Assessment Of The Impact From Wind, Weather And External Loads. The Inspection Must Be Documented And Reported To The Client With An Indication Of Any Deficiencies, Risks And Proposed Measures
