The Purpose Of This Public Procurement Is To Select A Contractor Who Has Received Permission To Carry Out Activities As An Operator From The Minister Of Finance In Accordance With Art. 9, Para. 4 Of Ordinance 7 Of 07/09/2003 On The Terms And Conditions For Issuing And Revoking A Permit To Operate As An Operator Of Food Vouchers On Paper And Electronic Media, To Issue Food Vouchers On Electronic Media, The Characteristics Of Issued Food Vouchers On Electronic Media And To Operate As An Operator, For The Needs Of Employees Of Mbal - Blagoevgrad Jsc. The Subject Of The Public Procurement Includes - Printing, Packaging, Personalization And Provision Of Vouchers For Food According To Ordinance No. 11 Of December 21, 2005 For Determining The Terms And Conditions For Providing Free Food And/Or Supplements To It. The Estimated Total Number Of Vouchers Is 148,680, With A Nominal Value Of 2 Euros, Considering The Estimated Nature Of The Specified Amount, It Does Not Represent Either A Minimum Or Maximum Amount Of Vouchers That The Contracting Authority Can Claim. The Nominal Value And, Accordingly, The Number Of Vouchers Can Be Changed, And This Does Not Lead To A Change In The Value Of The Contract. The Subject Of The Order Should Be Performed In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Applicable Current Legislation, The Technical Specification - An Integral Part Of This Documentation And The Conditions Of The Contracting Authority.
