The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of Construction Works: Renovation Of Teaching Rooms A-7, A-8, A-9 In Building A At Ul. Morska 81-87 In Gdynia The Above-Mentioned Building Is Part Of Facility No. I Of The Maritime University, Which Is Entered In The Register Of Monuments And Is Under The Conservation Protection Of The Pomeranian Provincial Conservator Of Monuments. The Works Will Be Carried Out On The Basis Of A Building Permit Preceded By A Decision Of The Pomeranian Provincial Conservator Of Monuments Authorizing Construction And Conservation Works In The Historic Building. The Contractor Is Obliged To Maintain Order On The Construction Site During Renovation Works. The Scope Of The Order Will Include: 1. Demolition Works: Disassembly Of Seats, Raised Floor, Board Floor, Wall Cladding, Suspended Ceilings, Installations With Steel Pipes, Valves, Electrical Installation Cables, Disassembly Of Electrical Equipment, Disassembly Of Lighting Fixtures, 2. Flooring Works, 3. Construction Of Raised Floors, 4. Laying Pvc Floor Covering With Skirting Boards, 5. Application Of New Plasters And Plasters On The Walls, 6. Construction Of Suspended Ceilings, 7. Painting Works On Walls, 8. Disassembly Of Door Joinery, 9. Installation Of New Door Joinery And Completion Of Plastering And Painting Works, 10. Construction Of A New Ventilation Installation In The Scope Of Ducts, Diffusers, Exhausters, Culverts And Their Elements, 11. Construction Of A New Electrical Installation In The Scope Of Cables, Accessories And Lighting. 12. Performance Of Other Construction Works Not Mentioned Above But Indicated In The Design Documentation And Bill Of Quantities Necessary For The Proper Execution Of The Subject Of The Order; The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform Construction Works That Are The Subject Of The Order On The Basis Of: 1.
