The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Land Leveling, 2) Purchase, Delivery And Installation Of Small Architectural Devices, 3) Renovation Of The Existing Specified Devices Along With Their Relocation, 4) Dismantling And Disposal Of Some Existing Small Architectural Objects, 5) Construction Of A New Fence For The Playground, 6) Construction Of A Safe Surface Made Of Rubber Overgrowth Mats With Grass On Geotextile,7) Painting Of Existing Lighting Poles Along With Replacing Fixtures,8) Delivery And Assembly Of Small Architecture Objects, I.E. Benches, Baskets, Etc.,9) Painting Of Game Lines On The Pitch, Painting Of Basketball Poles. Detailed Solutions For Individual Types Of Works Are Included In The Design (Technical) Documentation Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Swz. A Lump-Sum Settlement Applies In The Proceedings In Question. The Attached Bills Of Quantities Are Auxiliary Elements And Are Not Binding For The Preparation Of The Offer Price. Underestimation, Omission And Failure To Recognize The Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Cannot Be The Basis For Demanding A Change In The Lump Sum Remuneration. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform And Hand Over The Subject Of The Contract In Accordance With The Design Documentation, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Legal Provisions, Polish Standards Or European Standards, Principles Of Technical Knowledge And Construction Art, And To Remove All Defects Occurring In This Subject During The Guarantee And Warranty Period And Undertakes To Hand Over The Subject Of This Contract. To The Ordering Party Within The Time Agreed Therein. The Materials Used Must Have Appropriate Technical Approvals, Approvals And Certificates.
