The Subject Of The Order Is To Carry Out Renovation Works Of The Corridor On The Ground Floor Of Building No. 14 At Ul. Polish Army In Koszalin In The Scope Of: Demolition Of Wall Coverings, Repair Of Plaster In The Corridor Room, Renewal Of Paint Coatings, Installation Of A Smoke-Proof Partition With Doors, Repair Of Wooden Parquet Flooring With Varnishing, Installation Of Covers On Hpl Radiator Panels And Replacement Of Lighting Fixtures. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb) - Annex No. 8 And, Additionally, The Bill Of Quantities - Annex No. 9 To The Swz. The Bill Of Quantities Should Be Analyzed In Connection With Stwiorb, Technical Knowledge, Construction Practice And This Swz. The Subject Of The Order Should Be Performed Based On The Above Documents And The Draft Contract - Constituting Annex No. 10 To The Swz. The Contractor Is Obliged To Maintain Continuity Of Civil Liability Insurance In The Scope Of Activities Related To The Subject Of The Order Throughout The Duration Of The Contract And To Provide The Ordering Party, At His Request, With Documents Confirming The Conclusion And Payment Of A Premium, The Gross Sum Insured Of Which Will Be No Less Than The Value Of The Submitted Offer.
