The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Design Documentation Along With Authors Supervision For The Investment Task Of Construction Of Ul. Nowa Wyzwolenia Together With Obtaining The Necessary Administrative Decisions (Including Zrid) Or Submitting Notifications Allowing Construction Works To Be Carried Out. 2. The Order Is Divided Into Two Scopes: 1) Scope No. 1 - Basic, Which Includes A Construction Design Taking Into Account The Division Of The Investment Into Two Functional Sections And The Implementation In Stages, Including: A. Stage I, Eastern Section: A) Construction Of Nowa Wyzwolenia Street On The Eastern Section In Accordance With The Attached Design Guidelines And Planning Documentation, B) Reconstruction Of The Intersection With Ul. Of The Polish Navy, C) Construction Of An Engineering Structure On The Warzywodzie Ii Stream, D) Construction Of A Road Drainage System And Retention Devices As Well As A Rainwater Pumping Station With An Expansion Tank, E) Liquidation Of Part Of The Obrońców Westerplatte Family Allotment Gardens, F) Conducting Ground Tests For Contamination, G) Construction Of Street Lighting And Possible Dismantling Of Any Existing Lighting, H) Removal Of Possible Conflicts With Existing Utilities Underground And Above Ground Or Their Protection, I) Solving Other Issues And Problems That Will Arise During The Design, Including The Technical Conditions Of The Network Administrators And The Required Arrangements, J) Preparing And Agreeing On A Greenery Project And A Greenery Protection Project, Showing Valuable Specimens Of Trees And Shrubs, Along With Recommendations And Guidelines Aimed At Preserving The Greenery As Much As Possible In The Investment Process, K) Preparing And Agreeing With The Gdańsk Greenery Board On An Inventory Of Greenery With Tree Stand Management, L) In The Case Of Felling Of Trees And Shrubs, A Project For Replacement Plantings Should Be Developed And Agreed - The Type Of Plantings And Their Location With The Road Manager, M) Preparation Of Applications And Obtaining Decisions - A Permit To Carry Out Construction Works And A Permit To Conduct Archaeological Research To The Pomeranian Provincial Conservator Of Monuments (If Required), N) Preparation Of Applications And Obtaining A Decision - A Water And Legal Permit, O) Preparation Of The Necessary Materials And Obtaining The Necessary Administrative Decisions, Including Building Permits (Zrid), Or Submitting Notifications Allowing Construction Works To Be Carried Out. P) Determining The Entities Whose Opinions Will Be Necessary To Obtain A Zrid Decision. B.
