System Maintenance Services – Maintenance Of Electrical Distribution And Tunnel Lighting. The Framework Agreement Will Be Executed By Issuing Purchase Orders. The Services Are Regulated By Unit And Fixed Prices. This Contract Concerns The Preventive And Corrective Maintenance Of Safety Equipment In The Tunnels Of The Departmental Road Network, And Concerns In Particular: - The Electrical Distribution Installations Of The Road Tunnels, With The Exception Of Those Of The Chat Tunnel; - Tunnel Lighting Installations, Including Those Of The Chat Tunnel. Preventive Maintenance Consists Of Carrying Out Periodic Visits In Accordance With The Specifications Specific To Each Piece Of Equipment. Corrective Maintenance Occurs Following A Breakdown Reported By The Operator On One Or More Pieces Of Equipment. The Framework Agreement Is Concluded For An Initial Period Of 1 Year, Starting From The Date Of Notification Of The Contract. It Is Renewable 3 Times. Maximum Amount Per Period: 350,000 Euro(S) Excluding Tax Or 1,400,000 Euro(S) Excluding Tax Over The Total Duration Of 4 Years. Annual Budget Appropriations Allocated: 210,000 Euro(S) Excluding Tax
