The Subject Of The Award In Operating Unit (Be) 10.11 - Lot 11.1 Stable Equipment Includes The Following In Total: Lot 3 Stable Equipment, Stable Lighting. What Is Required Is The Construction Site Equipment As Well As The Delivery And Assembly Of A Complete, Corrosion-Resistant Stable Facility With Fixed And Movable Feeding Grilles, Group Separations, Gates, Protective Grilles And Facilities For Turning Out Pasture And Loading Animals. Furthermore, Drinking Facilities Including A Water Circulation System As Well As Manual And Electric Cow Cleaning Brushes Must Be Delivered And Installed. A Needs-Based Led Lighting System Including Light Management And Night Lighting Must Be Planned And Delivered For The Stable And Run. The Bidder Must Provide The Necessary Execution And Assembly Documents, Technical Information, Product Evidence As Well As The Operator And Maintenance Documentation And Instruct The Staff On How To Operate The Lighting. For Further Details, Please Refer To Appendix C.1_Service List_Lot 3. The Award Is Made In Batches. Four Lots Will Be Formed. The Respective Services Of The Lots Are Advertised In Independent Procurement Procedures. Bidders Can Submit Lots With An Offer. The Service Specifications Are To Be Understood As A Functional Tender. Fully Functional Technical Equipment And Systems Are Expected In Accordance With The Present Descriptions. All Services Are To Be Offered As A Complete Service (Delivery And Assembly). If Bidders Discover Incompleteness, Contradictions Or Ambiguities In The Tender Documents, They Are Obliged To Inform The Client Immediately And At The Latest By The End Of The Deadline For Submitting Bidder Questions. The Client Will Check The Information Received And, If Necessary, Supplement Or Correct The Tender Documents Uniformly For All Bidders By Answering The Bidders Questions (Section 15 Para. 3 Vgv).
