Jeżynowa In Orzesz-Zgoń1.1 Type Of Order: Construction Works.1.2 The Subject Of The Order Includes: Reconstruction Of A Section Of The Municipal Road Ul. Jeżynowa In Orzesze-Zgoń With A Length Of Approx. 328 M In Accordance With The Design Documentation And Arrangements. The Works Include: Profiling The Existing Foundation Structure And Its Leveling With Graded Crushed Stone, Building Curbs On The Exits, Construction Of A Mineral-Bituminous Surface And Construction Of Absorbent Roadsides Made Of Crushed Aggregate And Topsoiling Of Slopes With Grass. At The Investment Site, Information Board On Co-Financing Of The Task From Rfil Funds, Dimensions 180 X 120 Cm In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Council Of Ministers Of May 7, 2021 On Determining Information Activities Undertaken By Entities Implementing Tasks Financed Or Co-Financed From The State Budget Or From State Earmarked Funds (Journal Of Laws Of 2021, Item 953, As Amended). Preparation Of An As-Built Inventory And Reporting It To Geodetic Resource Of The Mikołowski County Office. Scope Of The Order: 1) Construction Works Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Documentation, Opinions And Arrangements, Bills Of Quantities, Sstwior, Applicable Regulations, Standards And Principles Of Technical Knowledge, In A Way That Ensures The Safety Of People And Property; 2) In The Event Of Damage To The Existing Road Surface Outside The Works Area, The Above-Mentioned. The Surface Should Be Restored To Its Original Condition;3) The Works Should Be Organized In A Way That Ensures Residents Access To And Access To The Property From 4 P.M. To 7 A.M., As Well As The Use Of Water, Sewage, Electricity And Communication Means;4) When Calculating The Offer Price, Take Into Account The Possible Costs Of Industry Supervision And Securing The Areas Utility Network;5) Be Particularly Careful When Performing Construction Works In The Area Where There Is An Existing Utility Network.
