Construction Work – Reconstruction Of The Kh Palace Building And Extension Of The Pool Hall – Wellness And Balneotherapy, Spa Sliač. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Implementation Of Building Modifications, Reconstruction Of The Affected Parts Of The Kh Palace Building, The Implementation Of A New Addition To The Pool Hall, Wellness And Balneotherapy Facilities, Including Related Technological Units, And The Completion Of Project Documentation For The Implementation Of The Construction. The Subject Of The Contract Is Focused Mainly On The Reconstruction And Construction Modifications Of Selected Underground Floors Of The Kh Palace Building, The Implementation Of New Wellness And Balneology Operations, Technological Facilities And The Extension Of The Pool Hall, Including Related Construction, Technological And Landscape Modifications. The Project Represents A Strategic Investment In The Renovation And Development Of The Sliač Spa Area With The Aim Of Creating A Modern Treatment And Relaxation Center Respecting The Historical Value Of The Building, The Spa Tradition Of The Location And The Current Requirements For Wellness, Rehabilitation And Balneology Facilities. The Kh Palace Building Is A National Cultural Monument Registered In The Central List Of The Monument Fund Of The Slovak Republic. All Interventions Must Respect The Historical, Architectural And Cultural Values Of The Object And Its Immediate Environment. The Project Will Be Implemented By The General Contractor System In Accordance With The Yellow Fidic Principles, While The Subject Of The Order Is: - Finalization Of Implementation Project Documentation, - Coordination Of All Professions, - Implementation Of Construction Parts, - Implementation Of Wellness And Balneo Technologies, - Commissioning Of Technologies, - Performance Of Complex Tests, - Delivery Of A Fully Functional Technological And Operational Unit, - And Provision Of Documentation Of The Actual Execution. A More Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Forms Attachment No. 1 Tender Documents. The Subject Of The Contract Includes All Design, Engineering, Construction, Assembly, Technological, Coordination And Related Activities, Supplies, Equipment, Materials And Work Necessary To Achieve A Complete, Functional, Safe And Operable Result Of The Work, Even If They Are Not Individually Explicitly Stated In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Or In The Bill Of Quantities, As Long As Their Need Objectively Results From The Procurement Documentation, The Function Of The Work Or From The Proper Professional Execution Of The Subject Of The Contract.
