The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is The Supply Of Low-Voltage Electricity (Lv) At Freely Agreed Prices And The Selection Of A Balancing Group Coordinator For The Needs Of A Site Of Dg Nadezhda, In Accordance With The Energy Law (Ee), The Rules For Trading In Electric Energy (Ptee) And The Rules For Measuring The Quantity Of Electric Energy (Pikee). The Purpose Of Awarding The Public Contract Is To Select A Supplier Of Active Electrical Energy And A Coordinator Of A Standard Balancing Group According To Ptee, By Concluding A Contract For Combined Services Within The Meaning Of Art. 20 In Connection With Art. 11, Item 10 Of Ptee - Purchase Of Electricity And Payment For All Services Used By The Contracting Authority As An End Customer: Access To The Electricity Transmission And/Or Electricity Distribution Network, Electricity Transmission Through The Electricity Transmission And/Or Electricity Distribution Network (Network Services) And Responsibility For Balancing, As Well As Settlement Of Relations In Connection With The Payment Of Amounts Due For Network Services For The Relevant Price Period. The Object Of The Contracting Party, Included In The Scope Of This Order, Is Registered On The Market At Freely Agreed Prices Of Electricity. The Order Includes The Following Activities: - Delivery Of Active Net Electrical Energy - Low Voltage At Freely Agreed Prices For A Site Of The Nadezhda Dg, Burgas, Connected To The Electricity Distribution Network Of An Electricity Distribution Company: Evn Bulgaria Elektrorazpradelenie Ead. Carrying Out A Procedure For Subsequent Registration On The Free Market Before The Relevant Network Operator - Initiation And Performance By The Contractor Of All Necessary Actions Within The Procedure For Subsequent Registration On The Free Market. The Service Is Included In The Scope Of The Public Procurement Under The Condition (If Necessary) And Should Be Performed By The Appointed Contractor, If By The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract, Subject Of This Public Procurement, Registration Of The Object Of The Contracting Authority On The Free Market Has Not Been Carried Out On The Basis Of §15, Para. 2 Of The Transitional And Final Provisions To The Law On Amendments And Supplements To The Energy Law. Selection Of The Coordinator Of A Balancing Group, According To The Energy Act (E), The Electricity Trade Rules (Ptee) And The Rules For Measuring The Quantity Of Electricity (Pikee) For The Needs Of The Nadezhda Dg Site, Burgas. Forecasting The Consumption Of Electrical Energy For The Site Of The Dg Nadezhda, Burgas, Planning And Negotiating The Specific Quantities, Requesting And Balancing. Carrying Out The Procedure For Changing The Supplier And Coordinator Of The Balancing Group Before The Relevant Network Operator - The Execution By The Contractor Of All The Necessary Actions Within The Procedure For Changing The Supplier And Coordinator Of The Balancing Group According To Ptee. The Object Included In The Scope Of This Order Is Described In Table No. 1 - Appendix To The Technical Specification (Appendix No. 1).
