1. Subject Of The Order.1.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Sale And Delivery By The Contractor Of A Maximum Of 110 Tons Of Hydrochloric Acid (Hcl) Grade I, Intended For The Food Industry Meeting The Requirements Specified In The Table Below: No. Properties Required Parameters - In Accordance With Regulation (Ec) No. 608/5/2004-100 (E-507, P. 598): 1) Appearance - Colorless Or Yellowish Transparent Liquid, 2) Hydrogen Chloride Content - Min. 33% (W/W),3) Total Organic Components (Containing No Fluorine) - Not More Than 5 Mg/Kg,4) Benzene - Not More Than 0.05 Mg/Kg,5) Fluorine Components (Total) - Not More Than 25 Mg/Kg,6) Reducing Substances (Expressed As So2) - Not More Than 70 Mg/Kg,7) Oxidizing Substances (Expressed As Cl2) - Not More Than 30 Mg/Kg, 8) Sulphates - Max. 0.008% (W/W),9) Iron - Max. 5 Mg/Kg,10) Arsenic - Not More Than 1 Mg/Kg,11) Lead - Not More Than 1 Mg/Kg,12) Mercury - Max. 1 Mg/Kg,13) Possibility Of Use In Food Production - Yes.1.2. The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With The Subject Of The Order With A Shelf Life Of Not Less Than 6 Months, Counting From The Date Of Delivery Of The Individual Batch To The Ordering Party.2. Delivery Terms.2.1. Upon The Ordering Partys Orders, The Contractor Undertakes To Sell And Deliver The Subject Of The Order Successively During The Contract Period, In Batches (Maximum 8 Batches), Within 14 Business Days From The Date Of Placing The Order By The Ordering Party.2.2. A Single Delivery Of A Batch Of The Subject Of The Order May Be A Minimum Of 12 Tons And A Maximum Of 18 Tons.2.3. The Quantities Of The Subject Of The Order That Will Be Sold And Delivered In One Batch Depend On The Needs Of The Ordering Party And Will Be Specified In The Written Order. The Ordering Party Will Submit Orders To The Contractor By E-Mail.2.4. The Contractor Will Notify The Ordering Party About The Preparation Of The Order By Phone Or E-Mail, No Later Than One Business Day Before The Required Delivery Date.2.5. If The Delivery Date Falls On A Day Covered By A Truck Traffic Ban, The Delivery Should Be Made On The Next Business Day.2.6. Deliveries Of Individual Batches Of The Subject Of The Order Will Take Place No More Than Once A Month.2.7.
