Tenders are invited for Drilling of Five Boreholes and Installation with Hand Pumps in SSRC Maridi Branch Office and Conduct Hydrological Survey, (03) Boreholes Drilling and Test Pumping in Kapoeta The Client invites qualified Bidders to submit sealed Bids for the execution and completion of five (5) Boreholes Drilling and Installation of hand pumps. Prices quoted should be gross, inclusive of all taxes, must be in USD, shall be irrevocable, valid for acceptance by the Selection Committee for a period of ninety (90) calendar days from the Deadline for Receipt of Submission of Bids. Bidders are required, as part of their Bid, to submit a Bid Security (despite of the quoted rate) of 2,000 USD (two thousand USD) in the form of a bank guarantee or bankers cheque order addressed to the South Sudan Red Cross. Bidders must comply with the conditions and instructions contained in this IFB and its Instructions to Bidders and failure to do so may result in disqualification or rejection. A Bidder will be selected pursuant to the bidding procedures described in this Invitation for Bids. Please note that no Pre-Bid Conference will be held. However, SSRC will be happy to provide with any clarification on bid submission through email mentioned in clause 2.2 of this document. All Bids shall be delivered by hand or by courier in separate SEALED ENVELOPES pursuant to the terms and conditions of this Invitation for Bids not later than 28 th August 2026 at 2:00 pm South Sudan Local Time Zone (UTC) at the headquarters the South Sudan Red Cross.
