Director of Procurement at the Senate Building, Federal University of Health Sciences, Ila-Orangun Osun State on evidence of payment of a non-refundable fee of 10,000.00 per lot, paid through REMITA in favour of the Federal University of Health Sciences, Ila-Orangun Osun State. 5 SUBMISSION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS Prospective bidders are to submit bid for each lot, two (2) hard copies each of the paginated technical and financial bids with attachment of relevant and fully filled forms of tenders to each technical and financial bids, packaged separately in sealed envelope and clearly marked Technical Bid or Financial Bid. Thereafter, the bidder should put the sealed envelopes together in a bigger sealed envelope and clearly marked with the name of the project and the lot number addressed to: The Vice Chancellor, Federal University of Health Sciences Ila-Orangun, Osun State, PMB 204, Ila-Orangun, Osun State. Furthermore, the reverse of each sealed envelope should have the name and address of the bidder and drop in the designated tender box at the Administrative Hall at the Senate Building, Federal University of Health Sciences Ila-Orangun, Osun State, Nigeria, between the hours of 8am-4pm Monday Friday not later than 12:00 noon on Monday 7th September, 2026. 6 OPENING OF TECHNICAL BIDS Only the technical bids will be opened immediately after deadline for submission at 12:00 noon on Monday 7th September, 2026 in the University Administrative Hall in the presence of bidders or their representatives, while the financial bids will be kept un-opened. Please ensure that you sign the Bid Submission Register at the Procurement Office at the Senate Building of the Federal University of Health Sciences Ila-Orangun, Osun State.
