Tenders are invited for Supply of Centrifuge 32 Bucket Bid Security (Rs.): 54,000.00 Non-Refundable Bid Fee (Rs.): 3,000.00 Interested bidders may inspect the bid documents free of charge in the Office of the Regional Director of Health Services, Bandaranayake Mawatha, Anuradhapura between 9.00 a.m. and 3.00 p.m. on working days of the week from 14th August 2026 until 30th August 2026 and the bid documents may be obtained upon payment of the non-refundable fee mentioned above. An unconditional bid security obtained for the value mentioned in the above schedule from a commercial bank registered with the Central Bank of Sri Lanka valid up to the period mentioned above from the bid opening date should be with the bid or that amount may be paid to the Shroff of the Office of the Regional Director of Health Services in cash. Duly perfected bids in duplicate as Original and Duplicate should be inserted in separate covers and both covers should be reinserted in a single cover, sealed and may either be sent by registered post addressed to Provincial Director of Health Services / Chairman, Regional Procurement Committee, Office of the Regional Director of Health Services, Bandaranayake Mawatha, Anuradhapura" or deposited in the Tender Box kept in the Official Room of the Accountant to receive at or before 11.00 a.m. on 01st September 2026. Subject for which the bid is submitted and the Contract Number should be mentioned on the left top corner of the envelope containing the bids. Bids received after the scheduled time will be rejected. Pre bid meeting regarding this will be held at 10.00 a.m. on 24.08.2026 at the Conference Hall of the Office of the Regional Director of Health Services and the interested parties may attend this meeting. Bids will be opened immediately after closing of bids at 11.00 a.m. on 01st September 2026 and the bidders or their authorized representatives may be present at the time of opening of bids. Decision of the Regional Procurement Committee of the Office of the Regional Director of Health Services, Anuradhapura regarding this procurement will be final.
