The Technical-Economic Documentation, The Dtac, Pt And Dtoe Phases, Are Drawn Up In Accordance With The Provisions Of H.G. No. 907/2016, With Subsequent Amendments And Additions, And Obligatorily Complies With The Solution Provided For In The Technical Connection Notice No. 1006155126/27.02.2026. According To The Specifications, The Connection Solution Established By The Solution Study Approved By Delgaz Grid S.A. Provides: • The Connection Point Established At The Voltage Level Of 20 Kv, To The Existing 20 Kv Les - Arrival From Pt 175 Bl 237 And The Existing 20 Kv Les - Departure From Pt 25 Bl 316, At A Distance Of Approximately 15 M; • Works To Strengthen The Electrical Network Of The Network Operator, Consisting In The Scada Integration Of The Equipment From The Connection Module; • The Measurement Point Established At The Voltage Level Of 20 Kv, At The Measurement Cell And Connection, With The Measurement Group Having The Structure, Meter Type, Measurement Transformers And The Way Of Integration Into The Remote Reading System Described In The Specifications; • The Installation Delimitation Point Established At The Voltage Level Of 20 Kv, At The Lugs Of The Medium Voltage Cables, At The Exit From The Measuring And Connection Cell Located In The Connection Module In The Concrete Envelope. The Solution Study And The Technical Approval For Connection Are Appendices To The Specifications And Represent Mandatory Input Data For The Contractor. The Contractor Cannot Change The Elements Imposed By The Technical Connection Notice Without The Express Approval Of The Distribution Operator And The Contracting Authority. Detailed Solutions Will Be Subject To Verification, Approval And Authorization According To Law. The Design And Execution Of Electrical Installations Is Carried Out By Economic Operators Who Hold Certificates/Confirmation Decisions Issued Under The Terms Of The Regulation For The Attestation Of Economic Operators Who Design, Execute And Verify Electrical Installations, Approved By The Order Of The President Of A.N.R.E. No. 134/2021. The Duration Of Execution Is 7 Months From The Start Order: A Maximum Of 2 Months For Design And A Maximum Of 5 Months For Execution, Technical Support, Trials And Commissioning. Maximum Duration Of Contract Validity: 67 Months, Including The Maximum Dotted Guarantee Period Of 60 Months, Until Final Acceptance. According To The Note Regarding The Determination Of The Estimated Value Of The Public Procurement Contract Regarding The Services Of Design (Pt+Dde) And Execution Of Facilities For Use And Connection To The Electricity Distribution Network Of The Investment Objective Construction Of Wards At Hospital No. 2 Vaslui, No. 32870/05.08.2026, In Order To Establish The Estimated Value, All The Necessary Expenses For The Connection To The Electricity Distribution Network, Provided In The Estimate From The Solutions Study And From The Atr, Were Taken Into Account, Respectively For: The Provision Of Services For The Design Of Use And Connection Facilities; Execution Of Works On The Use And Connection Facilities And Technical Assistance On The Part
