Front Loaders With Telescopic Arm And Grapple, In Quantity Of 10 Pieces As Well As Related Maintenance Services, Necessary For Increasing The Production Capacity Of Wood Material Warehouses. The Need For The Purchase Arises From The Obligations To Fulfill The Incidental Legal Requirements. Thus, Art. 72 Para. (12) From Law No. 331/2024 - The Forestry Code Stipulates That Shaped Wood From Public Property Is Recovered From Warehouses In A Proportion Of At Least 50% Of The Shaped Wood Starting From The Date Of Entry Into Force Of The Law (January 12, 2025) And Of At Least 70% Of The Shaped Wood Starting From 2030. Equipment Maintenance Services Are Also Purchased, For A Duration Of 48 Months From Delivery And Operating Time Per Machine For Up To 4000 Hours, To Maintain Them In Proper Technical Condition, With A Direct Effect On Their Productivity And The Performance Of Specific Tasks By The Subunits And Control Units.
