The Scope Of Work Includes Laying Polythene Sheets On The Warehouse Floors, Covering The Stacks With Polythene Sheets After Shifting, Collecting And Bagging Any Loose Sugar Spilled On The Floor During Loading/Unloading Operations, And Cleaning The Warehouses. 1.1 Stacking Bags (Up To A Height Of 55 Bags) (Without The Aid Of Stackers Or Conveyors) (50 Kg) 1.2 Stacking Bags (Up To A Height Of 55 Bags) (With The Aid Of Stackers Or Conveyors) (50 Kg) 2 Loading Sugar Bags From All Warehouses And Temporary Storage Areas Onto Trucks Or Other Vehicles. This Task Also Includes Covering The Stacks With Tarpaulins Or Polythene Sheets After Loading. 2.1 For 50 Kg Bags (Without Conveyors) 2.2 For 50 Kg Bags (Using Conveyors) 3 Sorting And Stacking Bags Of Moist Sugar As Instructed; Stacking Up To A Height Of 55 Bags (For 50 Kg Bags). 4 Transporting Brown Sugar Bags From The Dryer House To The Designated Warehouse (50 Kg). 5 Retrieving Brown Sugar-Filled Bags From The Warehouse And Transporting Them To The Melting Area As Instructed (50 Kg). 6 Moving Damaged Sugar Bags (Biss/Lumps/Powder Sugar) From The Warehouse To The Melting Area As Instructed (For 50 Kg Bags). 7 Removing Sugar From Torn/Damaged Bags (Deemed Unsuitable For Storage) Found In Various Sugar Warehouses, Filling The Sugar Into New Bags, Stitching Them, Stacking Them In The Warehouse As Directed, And Ensuring The Prescribed Weight (For 50 Kg Bags). 8 Transferring Sugar Bags From One Warehouse To Another And Stacking Them As Instructed; Stacking Up To A Height Of 55 Bags (For 50 Kg Bags). 9 Relocating Sugar Bags Within A Warehouse To Create Storage Space As Needed, And Restacking Them At A Different Location Within The Same Warehouse; Stacking Up To A Height Of 55 Bags (For 50 Kg Bags). 10 Stitching And Loading Bags That Are Slightly Torn At The Time Of Loading (For 50 Kg Bags) At Minimum Rates. 11 Stacking Bags (Pp/Jute) Weighing 50 Kg Up To A Height Of 16 Bags In The Dryer House, As Required. 12 Repairing Bags With Minor Tears Or Broken Stitching Incurred During Loading, Ensuring Correct Sugar Weight Before Re-Stitching, And Stacking Them Systematically At The Designated Location (For 50 Kg Bags). 13 Retrieving Bags Filled With Brown Sugar From The Warehouse And Loading Them Onto Trucks (Per 100 Kg). 14 Sugar Bag Handling In The Dryer House, Dissolving Seed And *Rodi* (Sugar Lumps/Crystals), And Breaking Up *Rodi* In The Bins Associated With Hoppers No. 3 Through 8 During The 2025-26 Season.
