Work Under The Agreement May Include Scheduled Preventative Maintenance, Routine Service Calls, Emergency Trouble-Call Response, Troubleshooting, Repairs, Parts And Materials Supply, Controls Support, Refrigerant Work, And Other Related Hvac Services Authorized By The Town.
