The purpose of this Request for Quote (RFQ) is to support a WASH program in Aljoma community, Almakha district, Taiz Governorate. The items listed will support Samaritans Purse programming within Yemen as a means to bring aid to the victims of war, poverty, natural disasters, disease, and famine. They will not be resold, bartered, traded for other goods or services, or used as leverage in any way, shape, or form. Bidders are responsible for reviewing and understanding the contents of the RFQ package and requirements when preparing their quotation. They are also responsible for ensuring that their submission complies with the stated requirements. Failure to meet the requirements of the RFQ may result in the disqualification of the submitted quotation. The items included in this RFQ will support Samaritans Purse programs within Yemen as a means of providing assistance to victims of war, poverty, natural disasters, disease, and famine. They will not be resold, exchanged for other goods or services, or used in any other way. Bidders are responsible for reviewing and understanding the contents and requirements of this RFQ when preparing their quotations. They are also responsible for ensuring that their submission complies with the stated requirements. Failure to meet the requirements of this RFQ may result in the exclusion of the submitted quotation. QUOTATION SUBMISSION PROCESSES Confidentiality All information included in bids is confidential. No information included in the bid documentation or in discussions connected to it may be disclosed to any other party. RFQ Procedures & Instructions Samaritans Purse requests formal quotations for products or services listed in Annex C Quotation template, and the RFQ must be completed as per Annex B- Scope of work requirement and also stamped. Suppliers must submit their quotations as noted below. Failure to submit as instructed could result in disqualification. Bids received in compliance with the terms of this RFQ will be presented to a Bid Committee for evaluation and supplier selection. Selection will be based on compliance with RFQ requirements and overall best value (cost, availability of requested items and quantities, and past performance). Information received through the sourcing activities will be used to determine the award. Price quotation process Secrecy All information contained in this price quotation is confidential and for the information of the recipient only. No other party may be informed of any information contained in this document or in any related discussions.
