Tenders are invited for Provision of Consultancy Services for the Outcome Harvesty Study Develop the inception report and Outcome Harvesting framework. Facilitate capacity-building and mentoring sessions for SCI Uganda and SCN staff. Conduct desk review and develop harvesting tools. Provide technical leadership throughout the Outcome Harvesting process. Facilitate regional harvesting workshops jointly with programme and MEAL staff. Support quality assurance of harvested outcomes. Facilitate outcome validation and contribution analysis. Mentor staff involved in harvesting, analysis, and reporting. Prepare draft and final reports and learning products. Facilitate dissemination and validation meetings. Produce institutional learning and capacitystrengthening outputs. Provide overall oversight and technical guidance. Establish and support the Core Learning Team. Share relevant programme documentation and evidence. Mobilize workshop participants and stakeholders. Co-facilitate selected workshop sessions. Participate actively in outcome formulation and contribution analysis. Support outcome validation and evidence verification.
