1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Modernization Of The Chilled Water Installation For Coolers In Air Handling Units In The Building Of The Silesian Library In Katowice, Council Of Europe Square 1. Coolers And Air Handling Units Are Not Subject To Replacement As Part Of The Above Task. The Implementation Of The Task Will Be Co-Financed By The Minister Of Culture And National Heritage From The Culture Promotion Fund. 2. The Scope Of Works Includes: A) Disassembly And Disposal Of The Existing Installation, B) Installation Of Plastic Pipes In Accordance With The Design Documentation, C) Installation Of Fittings, D) Performance Of Tightness Tests), Balancing Of The Installation, F) Marking Of The Installation, G) Implementation Of Thermal Insulation In Accordance With The Design Documentation, H) Demolition And Reconstruction Of Partition Walls, Openings To The Installation Shaft, I) Replenishment Of Internal Plasters And Replenishment Of The Facade Surfaces - External Plasters After The Works Construction On The Roof, J) Painting The Recreated Plaster Surfaces With Emulsion Paints And Facade Paints, K) Restoring Decorative Plaster - To Be Agreed With The Ordering Party, L) Installation Of Inspection Hatches) Protection Of Floors And Other Elements That May Be Exposed To The Consequences Of The Works Performed, N) Preparation Of As-Built Documentation After The Completion Of All Works, Along With The Results Of The Tightness Tests.3. All Works Will Be Carried Out In The Building, Which Will Be Constantly Used By Employees Of The Silesian Library And People Using The Library Resources. 4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Appendices To The Swz: 1) Design Documentation - Annex No. 1A To The Swz;2) Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works - Annex No. 1B To The Swz;3) Bill Of Quantities - Annex No. 1C To The Swz.
