The Subject Of The Order Is The Demolition Of The Existing Culvert Due To Its Poor Technical Condition And The Construction Of A New Culvert Along With Accompanying Works. The Ordering Party Provides The Bill Of Quantities, Which Is Only An Auxiliary Material For The Valuation Of The Works. The Contractor, As An Experienced Participant Of The Construction Market, Must Independently Determine What Scope Of Work Is Necessary And Estimate All Costs Of Implementing The Construction Project Based On The Attached Documentation. The Contractors Claims For Calculating The Price Based Solely On The Attached Bill Of Quantities Are Excluded. The Material Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: • Obtaining An Update Of All Expired Technical Conditions; • Measurement Works; • Removal Of Conflicting Trees; • Construction Of A Sheet Pile And Transfer Of Traffic To The Right Road; • Demolition Of The Left Road And The Culvert Located Under The Left Road; • Construction Of A New Culvert, Connecting It To The Existing Chamber; • Reconstruction Road And Sidewalk;• Construction Of A Culvert Over The Right Road, Reconstruction Of Conflicting Networks: Gas, Water, Sewage, Electricity, Telecommunications, Excluding The Construction Of A Sewage Pumping Station;• Reconstruction Of The Surface And Field Stairs. Note! The Scope Of The Order Does Not Include The Construction Of A Sewage Pumping Station. Its Implementation Should Not Be Included In The Offer Price. The Contractors Task Is Also To Notify The Completion Of Construction To The Appropriate Authority And Obtain A Certificate Of No Objection To Reporting The Completion Of The Task Within The Contractual Deadline. If It Is Necessary To Obtain A Decision To Remove Trees And Shrubs, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Obtain It In The Contractual Price Of The Task. The Tree Obtained From Felling Is The Property Of The Ordering Party And Should Be Delivered, After Delimbing And Cutting Into Pieces Of Approximately 1.0 M In Length, To The Warehouse Indicated By The Ordering Party, At A Distance Of Up To 5 Km. Due To The Location Of The Culvert On An Existing Watercourse, The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure The Continuity Of Water Flow During The Works And To Use All Necessary Technological Measures Enabling The Execution Of Works In A Dry Excavation And Limiting Siltation. Watercourse. After Completing The Works, The Contractor Is Obliged To Prepare An As-Built Cost Estimate With Measurements Of The Works Performed And Obtain Its Acceptance By The Ordering Party. Requirements: • For The Works Covered By The Task, The Contractor Will Provide A Warranty For A Period Of Minimum 3 Years And A Maximum Of 5 Years, Counting From The Date Of The Final Acceptance Report Of The Works.
