The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Road Works Consisting In The Reconstruction Of An Internal Road In The Town Of Stary Olsztyn With A Length (Incorporation Into The Existing Asphalt Surface, 6 M Wide) From Km 0+000 To Km 0+209.50 With An Asphalt Concrete Surface Along With Exits. Construction Works Include: Preparatory Works, Including Geodetic Marking, Earthworks, Trenching, Foundation With Aggregates, Construction Of Asphalt Concrete Surface (Binding Layer 5 Cm, Wearing Course 4 Cm), Roadsides On Both Sides, Finishing Works. The Road Will Be Equipped With Vertical And Horizontal Markings In Accordance With The Permanent Traffic Organization Design. Technical Parameters After Reconstruction: Traffic Category Kr-2, Width 5 M, Roadsides, Vertical Markings And Information Board. The Scope, Method Of Execution And Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Are The Design Documentation, Which Consists Of: 1) Design Documentation Constituting Annex No. 13 To Swz.2) Notification Of Construction Or Other Construction Works Not Requiring A Building Permit - Certificate Bi.Ii.6743.15.157.2024.Aw1 With On December 13, 2024. 3) Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works. 4) Bills Of Quantities - An Auxiliary Element For Preparing A Valuation. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party With A Technically And Technologically Complete Subject Of The Order, Which May Independently Fulfill An Economic Or Technical Function And Is The Result Of All Construction Works In The Field Of Construction.
