The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of A Reconditioned Baler For Miejskie Zakład Komunalny Sp. Z O. O. In Leżajsk, Including Its Transport, Assembly And Commissioning. As Part Of The Execution Of The Order, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Dismantle, Collect And Take Over Ownership Of The Konti 275 B Baler Currently Installed And Used By The Ordering Party, Factory Number 24612 (Hereinafter Referred To As The Baler Handed Over For Settlement). The Settlement Structure Includes: (I) The Value Of The Reconditioned Baler Delivered By The Contractor And (Ii) The Value Of The Contractors Takeover Of The Baler Delivered In The Settlement, Indicated By The Contractor In The Bid Form Table. The Total Gross Offer Price Is The Difference Between The Items Specified In Column 6 Of The Table (Point 2 Of The Offer Form) And Is The Only Value Compared In The Offer Evaluation Criterion. The Machine Offered By The Contractor Must Be Fully Operational And Meet The Technical, Quality And Operational Requirements Specified In These Terms Of Order. The Baler Offered By The Contractor Should Be A Used Device Subject To Factory Reconditioning, And The Year Of Production Of The Device Cannot Be Earlier Than 1997 , And The Reconditioning Process Must Be Carried Out No Earlier Than In 2026. The Contractor Is Obliged To Confirm The Date And Scope Of The Reconditioning Carried Out With A Document Issued By The Manufacturer Or The Entity Performing The Reconditioning. The Subject Of The Order Includes: The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver, At His Own Expense And At His Own Risk, To The Ordering Partys Address (I.E. Ul. Podolszyny 1, 37-300 Leżajsk), Unload, Install And Start-Up Of The Subject Of The Order; Start-Up Of The Device Includes Functional Tests And Putting The Device Into Operation Along With Operating Instructions For The Ordering Partys Staff.; The Contractor Is Obliged To Dismantle The Existing Baler Used By The Ordering Party, Including Its Disconnection, Securing, Loading, Acceptance And Takeover, At Its Own Expense And Risk, In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In The Swz And The Draft Provisions Of The Contract. In The Bid Form (Appendix No. 1 To The Swz) The Contractor Indicates Separately: (A) The Value Of The Supplied Reconditioned Baler Together With All Accompanying Services (Transport, Assembly, Commissioning, Disassembly And Removal Of The Old Baler) And (B) The Value Of The Baler Taken Over By The Contractor And Handed Over For Settlement, Determined On The Basis Of Its Own Assessment Of The Technical Condition Made During The Mandatory On-Site Visit And Based On The Technical Documentation Provided By Ordering Party. Value (B) Cannot Be Lower Than The Market Value Of Steel Scrap Corresponding To The Weight Of The Device - The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Call On The Contractor To Provide Explanations In Accordance With Art. 224 Of The Public Procurement Law In The Event Of Suspicion Of An Abnormally Low Valuation Of Item (B),
